Communication & Messaging
Loci facilitates two types of messages on behalf of businesses using our platform: transactional and promotional.
Transactional messages include appointment confirmations, booking reminders, schedule changes, cancellation notices, and follow-up communications. These are sent automatically to clients who have booked appointments or opted in to receive communications from their service provider.
Promotional messages are initiated by the salon or business owner through Loci's campaign tools. These are sent only to clients who have opted in to receive marketing communications. Clients can opt out of promotional messages at any time without affecting transactional messages.
